Why aren't you taking the next step? It makes you feel restless and you often would like to share your thoughts.
A coach helps you to discover your own answers and to clarify future actions, which the coach continues to support during implementation. The coaching process is spread over four months, during which we will have 4 to 6 face-to-face sessions, with intervals of approximately 3 weeks, and possibly a personal profile (based on the Lumina Spark methodology). This package has a predetermined price; the process has a clear timeframe with a predefined goal.
Due to the many restrictions, caused by the Corona pandemy, the online coaching work has received an enormous boost. Both sessions with management teams as personal leadership coaching has yielded inspiring experiences.
